Bunny Oreo Balls (Printable)

No-bake Oreo cream cheese balls coated in white chocolate with adorable bunny decorations

# What You'll Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (about 10.5 oz)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts

→ Decorations

04 - 48 mini marshmallows for bunny ears
05 - Pink sanding sugar or edible pink gel for ears and nose
06 - 48 mini chocolate chips or edible black marker for eyes
07 - 24 pink heart sprinkles or pink M&M minis for noses
08 - 24 mini white marshmallows for tails, optional

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
02 - Process Oreo cookies in a food processor until reduced to fine, uniform crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and process until completely incorporated, resulting in a thick, pliable dough.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the balls for 20–30 minutes until firm enough to handle without losing shape.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to lift and allowing excess to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
08 - While coating remains soft, cut mini marshmallows diagonally for ears, dip cut edges in pink sugar or gel, and attach to ball tops. Position chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle noses, and mini marshmallow tails.
09 - Refrigerate finished bunny balls for at least 30 minutes until coating is completely set before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The oreo cream cheese combination creates an incredibly smooth fudgy texture that everyone mistakes for fancy truffles
  • No baking means you can make these days ahead and they actually taste better after chilling overnight
02 -
  • Freezing the balls before dipping is non negotiable otherwise they will slide right off your fork into the chocolate
  • Work with just 6 balls at a time once you start dipping because the chocolate sets faster than you expect
03 -
  • Keep a damp paper towel nearby to clean chocolate off your fingers between decorations
  • Use toothpicks to position small decorations like the heart noses without leaving fingerprints
