# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The glaze creates this perfect sticky-sweet exterior while leaving the centers incredibly juicy and tender.
  • You can adjust the heat level to suit exactly what youre in the mood for, making it a recipe youll turn to again and again.
02 -
  • Do not overmix the meat mixture or youll end up with tough, dense meatballs instead of tender ones.
  • The glaze will thicken as it cools, so coat the meatballs while both are still hot for the perfect consistency.
03 -
  • Chill the meat mixture for 15 minutes before rolling into balls for easier handling and better shape retention.
  • Line your measuring spoon with a drop of oil before measuring honey - it will slide right out without wasting a drop.
