01 - Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar until well combined.
03 - Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until melted and foamy.
04 - Add the banana slices in a single layer. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the underside.
05 - Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the bananas, then gently flip each slice.
