Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows (Printable)

# What You'll Need:

→ Marshmallows

01 - 20 large marshmallows

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 7 oz good-quality dark or milk chocolate, chopped
03 - 1 tbsp coconut oil or unsalted butter (optional, for shine)

→ Toppings (optional)

04 - 3 tbsp sprinkles
05 - 3 tbsp crushed nuts (pistachios, almonds, or peanuts)
06 - 3 tbsp shredded coconut
07 - 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Insert a lollipop stick or wooden skewer into each marshmallow.
02 - In a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil or butter if using, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted.
03 - Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off.
04 - Immediately dip or sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
05 - Place the dipped marshmallows on the prepared baking sheet. Allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is firm.
