# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Protein-packed enough to keep you full for hours, no bloated feeling afterward.
  • Everything cooks in under 15 minutes, perfect for weeknights when energy is low.
  • You can prep the components ahead and assemble fresh whenever you're hungry.
02 -
  • Don't skip slicing the beef thin; thick chunks will cook unevenly and ruin the whole texture.
  • Assemble everything just before eating; lettuce wraps get soggy fast, so treat them like a fresh taco.
03 -
  • Buy your beef from a butcher if possible and ask them to slice it thin; it'll be better quality than pre-packaged, and they do it perfectly.
  • Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan for 30 seconds right before using; the aroma is incredible and the flavor doubles.
